Vegan Wedding Cake

A vegan chocolate wedding cake with “butter”cream icing and fondant…  recipe and process coming soon!

Very simple to bake, decorate and stack- and much cheaper than having a cake made- provided you can find a baker/y who doesn’t balk at the idea of making a vegan wedding cake.

I baked the cakes in a day, froze them after icing, and my- now- husband and I decorated the cake with a bit more icing and then topped it with fondant.  Very fun, very cool, and very very yummy.  Start a new tradition…
