It’s that time of year again, and what an exciting time it is! It is officially morel season which begins in April and can go until June. If you’re in the mood for something gourmet for dinner tonight, go find it. I can honestly say that these beautiful mushrooms are my absolute favorite food. We feasted this weekend on our finds (some shown above). Try them sauteed in Earth Balance Margarine and served with asparagus on a bed of quinoa. Absolutely Awesome.
